摘要
核桃壳作为一种农林废弃物,其固定碳和挥发分含量高,灰分少,具备制备为活性炭的优良条件。本文分析比较了物理活性法、化学活化法和微波活化法制备核桃壳活性炭的基本机理和特点。将制备得到的核桃壳活性炭应用于重金属离子废水处理,分析总结了其对不同金属离子的吸附情况,可为核桃壳废弃物的资源化利用和重金属离子废水的处理研究提供技术参考。
Walnut shell, a typical agricultural wastes with high fixed carbon and volatile content and rela- tively low asb, is considered as a good resource for production of activated carbon. This work has summa- rized valuable information on preparation of walnut shell based activated carbon, including pbysical activa- tion, chemical activation, and microwave irradiation, as well as the adsorption behaviors on different heav- y metals from aqueous solution. It may provide a technical guide for utilization of walnut shell wastes and an effective treatment of heavy metals from aqueous solution.
