摘要 采用改性膨润土处理含油废水,研究改性膨润土处理含油废水的最佳条件,通过等温吸附实验探讨膨润土对含油废水的吸附机理。实验结果表明:与原膨润土相比,改性膨润土对油类的去除率提高了8%-12%;改性膨润土处理含油废水的最佳工艺条件为投加量4g/300mL,反应7h,温度20℃,此时对油类的去除率达到90.02%;原膨润土对油类的饱和吸附量为5.0mg/g,改性膨润土对油类的饱和吸附量为7.2mg/g,膨润土对油类的吸附过程符合Langmuir方程,以表面吸附为主。 The modified bentonite was used to treatment the wastewater containing oil, the best conditions for the rernediation of oil wastewater was researched. The adsorption isotherms were perforrnanced to in-vestigate the behavior of the modified bentonite adsorption. The results show that: compared to the origi- nal bentonite, the modified bentonite had a higher removal rate of oil (8%-12%), the optimum reactionconditions were: dosage of 4g/ 300mL, equilibrium tiome 7h, temperature 20 ℃, which can remove 90.02% of oil. Adsorption isotherms fit better with Langmuir equation than Freundlich equation,the equi-librium adsorption capacity of bentonite was 5.0 mg/g and the modified bentonite was 7.2 mg/g, respec- tively.
