摘要
采用一维模拟计算方法,针对不同的级间中冷压降,进行了二级增压系统性能研究。研究结果表明:高压级压气机进口条件一定时,增大级间中冷压降将使系统总压比上升;高压级压气机进口总压和级间中冷压降一定时,采用较低的高压级压气机进口温度可获得较高的总压比;随着中冷器压降的增大,低压级压气机效率上升,而高压级压气机和二级增压系统整体存在最大效率点,且较高的高压级压气机进口总温有利于进一步提高最大效率。
By one dimensional simulation, performance of a two stage turbocharging system with different intercooler pressure drop was investigated. T.he results show that at the same inlet conditions of high pressure (HP) compressor, increasing intercooler pressure drop leads to higher system overall pressure ratio, and by lower inlet temperature of HP compressor, higher pressure ratio is gained, when inlet total pressure of HP compressor and intercooler pressure drop keep unchanged. In addition, with in tercooler pressure drop increasing, stage efficiency of low pressure (LP) compressor is improved while HP compressor and the system obtain a highest efficiency, contributed by high inlet temperature of HP compressor.
