摘要
阐述了自顶向下设计方法的基本原理,并对两种自顶向下设计方法的特点进行比较,说明主控零件法优势更为明显。以一款直板手机为例,运用Pro/E三维设计软件,采用主控零件法对具体产品的设计流程和设计变更进行了详细讲解。结果表明:应用自顶向下的设计方法更容易实现对产品的修改和重建,非常适合现代机械产品设计多变的要求,对于提高产品的设计效率和设计质量具有一定的参考意义。
On the basis of introducing the principle and advantages of top-down design method, two different top-down design methods were contrast researched. The research indicates that the top-down design method of master model is a better approach. Combined with the detailed design process of a candy bar phone under the Pro/E environment, the design process and design changes were interpreted. The result shows that top-down design method can realize the modifying and rebuilding of products more easily and is very suitable for the changing requirements of modem mechanical product design. So the method has the important valuation for improving design efficiency and quality of product.
