To achieve the better effect of sergeant teaching of radar equipment, this article analyzes the current situation of radar equipment teaching, and discusses the functions of drawing the video feedback into the teaching in terms of combining the sergeant cadets＇ reality, and comes up with the specific steps for video feedback to the radar equipment teaching. In fact, this proposed method enhances the dominant role of the cadets, thus providing an effective way for guaranteeing the teaching quality of radar equipment.
