摘要
在我国光伏产业陷入高端产业价值链低端化的背景下,从支撑能力、效益能力和创新能力三个维度,构建了我国光伏产业成长能力评价指标体系。利用多级模糊综合评价模型,对我国发展光伏产业的21个省域进行成长能力综合评价。结论表明我国光伏产业成长能力与区域布局、地区经济发展水平存在较强关联性。四大区域板块中,东部光伏产业成长能力最强,产业集聚的中部成长能力高于西部,东北最弱,在此基础上提出了不同区域版块提升光伏产业成长能力的相关建议。
Under the high-end industry but the low end of value chain of photovoltaic industry, this paper sets up the evaluation index system of the growth ability of China's photovoltaic industry, from the three dimensions of supporting ability, beneficial result ability and innovation ability. Using the multistep fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, this paper haves comprehensive evaluation on the ability of the growth of 21 provinces and regions. The conclusion shows that the level of the growth ability has greater relevance of regional distribution and economic development lev- el. In the four major regional plates, eastern is the strongest growth ability of photovoltaic industry, the growth ability of the industrial agglomeration in middle area is greater than the west, northeast is the weakest, and puts forward the related suggestions of different regional section to enhance the growth ability of photovohaic industry on this basis.
