服务外包关系中多维信任的动态演变路径研究

Study on Dynamic Evolutional Path of Multi-trust in the Relationship of Service Outsourcing

服务外包关系中多维信任包括计算信任、能力信任和善意信任,从合作历史和合作期限两个维度划分研究情境,提出了服务外包关系多维信任动态演进路径模型,认为能力信任是合作基础并伴随合作进程,计算信任、善意信任在首次合作与非首次合作中具有不同的演变路径。

This paper considers multi-trust in the relationship of service outsourcing including calculus-based trust, competence-based trust and benevolence-based trust. It provides multi-trust dynamic evolution path model based on two dimension division research situation of the history of cooperation and cooperation period, and argues that competence-based trust plays the fundamental role in the whole cooperation; calculus-based trust and benevolence-based trust show the different evolution path in the first cooperation and non-first time cooperation.
