New Exploration in Land Scale Management——An Investigation of Shandong Dongping Land Stock Cooperation

土地分散经营,见不到规模效益,农民增收难;农村大量青壮年进城务工,自愿流转土地,但土地收益低;村集体长期没有收入,无钱办事,使村庄有效治理陷入困境,成为当前农村改革发展必须解决的问题。山东省东平县通过土地股份合作路子,进行了积极有效的探索。

The land decentralized management makes it difficult for scale benefits and people＇s income mcrease. A large number of rural migrant workers voluntarily give up their land which is in low producing. The village collective for a long time, has no income, no money to work, so that the village effective governance is trouble which is the main problem to solve in rural development. In view of these problems, Dongping make an active exploration of land stock cooperation to solve the problems.
