摘要
采用行星式球磨机制备了片状羰基铁,研究了配料比、球磨时间对羰基铁形貌、电磁参数及吸波性能的影响.结果表明:研磨后的羰基铁颗粒主要呈片状和针状分布,稳定的羰基铁片状结构出现在球料比(质量比)25∶1,球磨时间12 h处.通过软件模拟发现,其对应的最大反射率在2~18 GHz内达到-62 d B,小于-10 d B的有效吸收频段达到9.2 GHz.
The flake carbonyl iron particles were produced by planetary ball milling, and the effects of different mix- ing-ratio and time to morphology, electromagnetic parameters and absorbing properties were studied. The results showed that most of the carbonyl iron particles turn into flake and needle after grinding, and the stable flake structures appeared in the 25:1 of mixing-ratio after 12 h ball milling. In these conditions, the optimal reflectance value reaches -62 dB and the effective absorption spectrum (less than -10 dB) reaches 9.2 GHz with the simulation software within 2~18 GHz.
