摘要 对用自制聚氨酯有机硅柔软剂的柔软整理工艺和其在棉织物上的柔软、交联成膜机理进行了研究,得到最佳整理工艺为:整理剂(含固量30%)用量100g/L、轧余率85%、焙烘温度120℃、焙烘时间2min。将自制柔软剂与市售三元嵌段有机硅柔软剂整理效果进行对比,得出自制柔软剂整理后的织物手感优于市售柔软剂约半级,白度、强力、折皱回复角、润湿性都优于市售柔软剂,且节约了溶剂费用,可降低企业成本。 The soft finishing process of a homemade polyurethane silicone softener and the soft & crosslink formation mechanism on cotton fabric were studied. The results showed that the best finishing process was finishing agent (30% solids) dosage of 100 g/L, rolling over rate of 85%. curing temperature of 120 ℃, baking time of 2 min. Comparing with the homemade silicone softener and commercial softener, the conclusions were that the hand feeling of homemade softener was superior to commercial softeners about half a grade, and the whiteness, strength, wrinkle recovery angle and wettability were better than the commercially softener. At the same time. the finishing process of homemade softener saved the cost of self-softener solvent and reduced the cost for the enterprise.
