摘要
带材跑偏是工业自动化生产线上一个不容忽视的问题,需要对引起偏移量的原因进行研究,并采取适当手段予以解决。以现场可编程门阵列作为纠偏系统控制器,通过Verilog硬件描述语言,采用模块化的设计思想,通过对系统进行软硬件设计,并使用Matlab对系统进行仿真校验。经验证,纠偏控制系统运行良好。
Strip deviation becomes a problem that cannot be ignored in the industrial automation production line. To improve the quality of products, the cause of the offset needs to be studied and appropriate coun- termeasure needs to be taken. The paper, with FPGA as the correction system controller, used modular design concept and Verilog hardware description language to develop FPGA-based control system. Through the design of system hardware and software, and using Matlab to simulation, it verified the good functio- ning of the control system.
