摘要
针对曳引式客梯进行安全指数研究,建立了基于电梯因素、维保因素、运行因素3大一级指标,电梯品质、运行强度等12个二级指标构成的多因素安全评价体系。采用专家评分法为每个评价指标权重赋值,应用基于层次分析法的风险评价法得到综合安全指数。最后通过实例分析,验证该评价模型能有效地解决电梯综合评价中的模糊性和随机性量化问题。
Aiming at the safety index of traction passenger elevators, the paper built a multi-factor safety e- valuation system, which contains three first class indicators(elevator, maintenance, and operation factors) and twelve second class indicators such as lift quality, operational strength and so on. It then assigned weight for each evaluation index by the method of expert scoring so as to obtain the comprehensive safety index based on the method of AHP risk evaluation. Finally, case studies verify that the model can effec- tively solve the comprehensive evaluation of the elevator fuzziness and randomness of quantification.
