摘要
为提高数控机床的功能及安全性,以UG NX4.0为开发平台、用UG/POST Builder后处理构建器为开发工具,开发出在UG NX系统加工模块中实现自动编程的后处理程序,以及仿真加工运动模型。通过对零件进行模拟加工验证分析和实际加工对比,证明开发的后置处理器和机床运动模型的正确性和实用性。
To improve the function and security of CNC machine tool, the study developed a postproeessor that can realize the automatic programming and construct a simulating manufacturing model during the UG NX system processing module, based on the platform of UG NX4.0, using the UG/POST Builder as re- searching tool. It also demonstrated the validity and practicability of the machine tool motion model by val- idating the analysis simulation machining and comparing of the practical machining.
