基于一维线结构光测量焊道高度的方法研究

摘要 为了获取精度高的成形零件,对熔积成形过程进行实时监控,获取熔积层焊道高度信息。采用一维线结构光主动视觉的测量方法对熔积层进行检测,通过开发的图像采集软件对CCD采集的原始焊道图像进行图像处理,采用细化法提取光条中心线,并基于三角测量原理计算出熔积层上任意点的累积焊道高度。 In order to obtain high precision forming parts, the study carried a real-time monitoring of depo- sition forming process to get the height information deposition layer bead. It then used one-dimensional structured light measurement method of active vision to detect the deposition layer. By the developing im- age acquisition software for the original weld image acquisition of CCD for image processing, and used the refinement of the method extracting the light strip center line. Based on the principle of triangulation, it fi- nally calculated the cumulative bead height on the powder deposition layer at any point.
