摘要
设计开发的一种专业用于铜渣盛接、冷却的焊接渣包,具有制作周期短、焊接性好、节能环保、质量稳定、性价比高的显著特点。从设备的主要特点、结构、技术参数等方面介绍了焊接渣包的设计。该焊接渣包设计改善和优化了运行成本,节能环保。
The paper designed and developed a welding slag pot for professional copper slag holding and cooling. The slag pot has the characteristics of a short production cycle, the remarkable characteristics of good welding, energy saving and environmental protection, stable quality, high performance price ratio. The design of the welding slag pot is introduced this paper including its main characteristics, equipment structure, and technical parameters. The results show that he welding slag pot improved and optimized the operation cost, has significant social benefits because it is energy saving and can protect the environment.
