汉化修正版自我护理能力评估量表在老年住院患者中应用的信效度评价

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of the appraisal of Self-Care Agency Scale-Revised in the elderly hospitalized patients

目的 探讨汉化的修正版自我护理能力评估量表（ASAS-R-C）在老年住院患者中应用的信效度.方法 方便抽取辽宁省锦州市2所三级甲等医院的420例老年住院患者,对其进行ASAS-R-C调查,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0分析其在受调查人群中的信效度.结果 ASAS-R-C的Cronbach α系数为0.78,重测信度为0.83;内容效度指数（CVI）为0.97,x/df=2.34、残差均方和平方根（RMR）=0.02、渐进残差均方和平方根（RMSEA）=0.07、拟合优度指数（GFI）=0.93、调整拟合优度指数（AGFI）=0.91、非规范拟合指数（TLI）=0.93、增值拟合指数（IFI）=0.92、比较拟合指数（CFI）=0.94、简约拟合指数（PGFI）=0.65,均达到适配标准.结论 ASAS-R-C信效度良好,可用于评估老年住院患者的自我护理能力,为其提供一种新的简便的测评工具.

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Self-Care Agency Scale-Revised （ASAS-R-C） in application of elderly hospitalized patients.Methods Totally 420 elderly inpatients were recruited from two tertiary first-class hospital in Jinzhou,Liaoning province and were investigated using ASAS-R-C.SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The three-factor 15-item ASAS-R-C had a Cronbach＇s alpha （α） of 0.78and the retest reliability was 0.83.The content validity index （CVI） was 0.97,x2/df=2.34,root mean square residual （RMR）=0.02,root-mean-square error of approximation （RMSEA）=0.07,goodness-offit index （GFI）=0.93,adjusted goodness-of-fit indes （AGFI）=0.91,Tacker-Lewis index （TLI）=0.93,incremental fit index （IFI）=0.92,comparative fit index （CFI）=0.94,parsimonious goodness-of-fit index （PGFI）=0.65,the ASAS-R-C had a good fit.Conelusions The ASAS-R-C is a short,reliable and valid instrument to measure self-care ability among the old inpatients,and further study is needed before being widely used.
