老人院老年人孤独感与依恋的现状及其影响因素研究

Research on status quo of loneliness and attachment of the elderly at retirement home and its influencing factors

[目的]分析老人院老年人孤独感和依恋的现状及其影响因素,探讨老人院老年人孤独感与依恋的关系。[方法]抽取141名武汉市老人院老年人,采用亲密关系体验量表和老年人孤独感问卷进行问卷调查。[结果]性别、有无子女、月收入、自我照顾能力是老年人孤独感的影响因素,受教育程度和月收入是老年人依恋焦虑的影响因素;依恋回避、依恋焦虑与孤独感呈正相关。[结论]老人院应针对老年人孤独感的影响因素制定策略,减轻老年人的依恋回避和依恋焦虑,提高其心理健康水平。

Objective：To analyze the status quo of loneliness and attachment of the elderly at retirement home and its influencing factors and probe into the relationship between loneliness and attachment of the elderly at retirement home. Methods： A survey was conducted on A total of 150 elderly people were drew out in retirement home in Wuhan city and were investigated with Intimacy Experience Scale and elderly loneliness questionnaires. Results： Gender,with or without children,monthly income and self care ability were the influencing factors of the elderly＇ s loneliness. Education level and monthly income were the influencing factors of the elderly＇s attachment anxiety. Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety were positively correlated with loneliness. Conclusion： Retirement home should make measures based on the influencing factors of the elderly＇s loneliness,so as to reduce the elderly＇s attachment avoidance and medical anxiety and improve their mental health level.
