摘要
[目的]探讨简明健康问卷(SF-36)与癌症病人生活质量测定量表核心量表(QLQ-C30)对老年癌症病人生活质量评估效果并对两量表的相关性进行研究。[方法]采用SF-36与QLQ-C30对进行化疗的109例老年癌症病人的生活质量进行评估并对测试结果的相关性进行分析。[结果]两量表中与角色相关的功能量表,如SF-36的躯体角色功能(RP)、情绪角色功能(RE)和QLQ-C30的角色功能(RF)是两量表中表现最差的功能量表。QLQ-C30的经济压力(FI)和疲乏(FA)是表现最突出的两方面。两量表中反映相同性质的功能量表间存在较好的相关性。[结论]两量表均能在一定程度上反映癌症病人的生活质量,其评估结果是可比和互补的。
Objective：To probe into the evaluation effect of SF -36 and QLQ- C30 for the quality of life of elderly patients with cancer and study the correlation between the two scales. Methods： SF - 36 and QLQ - C30 were used to evaluate the quality of life of 109 elderly patients with cancer, and to analyze the correlation between them. Results： Function scale related to the role such as role physical（RP）,role emotional（RE） of SF- 36 and role function（RF） of QLQ- C30 were the function scale with the most poor performance in both scales. Economic impact （FI） and fatigue （FA） of QLQ -C30 were the two most prominent aspects. There was a good cor- relation between the two scales,which had same functional scale reflected same nature. Conclusion： Both scales can reflect the quality of life of cancer patients to a certain extent. The evaluation results are comparable and complementary.
