An Analysis of the Construction Basis and Influential Factors Based on the Cooperative Education Mechanism of Vocational College-Government-Enterprise

构建高职院校"政校行企"协同育人机制的目的是促进多方资源产生协同效应,为社会培养高素质、高技能人才,解决职业教育人才培养与社会需求脱节的根本问题。该机制的建立不仅以协同论、系统论、整合论为理论基础,而且有政策文件等的实践支撑,其形成的现实条件受政府、行业、企业和高职院校等多个因素的影响。

The cooperative education mechanism of vocational college-government-enterprise was built to promote a synergistic effect generated by multiple resources and to educate effectively high-quality and high skilled talents, in order to solve the vital problem that vocational education personnel training cannot match the social needs.The establishment of the mechanism not only based on the theories such as Coordination Theory,System Theory,and In-tegration Theory,but also supported by policies and other documents,and the practical conditions for its formation impacted mainly by the government,industry,enterprises and vocational colleges.
