江苏新生代农民工幸福感调查

An Investigation and Analysis of the New Generation of Agricultural Laborer's Happiness Sense in Jiangsu

对江苏616位新生代农民工的抽样调查发现,家庭、工资待遇、生活环境、社会保障、社会交往、业余生活、公平公正、渴望突破、自我实现等因素是影响新生代农民工幸福感的主要因素。因此,应从拓宽发展渠道、稳步提高收入、注重教育培训、组织文体活动等方面入手增强江苏新生代农民工的幸福感。

Based on the sampling questionnaire survey to the new generation of agricultural laborers in Jiangsu,the author finds that some influence factors has been the main factors effecting the happiness sense of the new genera-tion of agricultural laborer,such as family,salary,living environment,social security,social communication,spare time life,fair and justice,the desire to breakthrough,self realization,and so on.Therefore,we should enhance the new generation of agricultural laborer’ s happiness sense in Jiangsu from the aspects of widening the development channel,increasing steadily the income,paying attention to the vocational training,and hosting the recreational and sports activities.
