新乡地区枝孢菌病害病原鉴定

Identification of Cladosporium disease in Xinxiang area

对新乡地区三叶草、黄瓜、花生、葡萄、辣椒、禾本科植物、苋属类植物、石竹科植物、山茱萸科植物、楼梯草属植物等10种植物发病叶片进行采集,在室内制作成临时玻片,通过对病原菌形态进行显微观察,并观察和描述症状特征、测量梗及孢子大小,结合文献的查阅和分析,鉴定出10种枝孢属病原菌,分别是枝状枝孢、瓜枝孢、香豌豆枝孢、绿色枝孢、辣椒枝孢、三宅枝孢、黑星状枝孢、剪秋萝枝孢、多主枝孢和极细枝孢.

In xinxiang area 10 kinds of diseased plant leaves,Trifolium sp.,Cucumis sativus,Arachis hypogaea, Vitis sp.,Capsicum annuum.,Gramineae sp.,Amaranthus sp.,Caryophyllaceae sp.,Cornaceae sp.,Elatostema sp.,were made into temporary slides indoors.Through the study of the microscopic observation of morphological characteristics of the pathogens,and the observation and description of the disease symptoms,measurement of the size of the spores and conidiophores,combining with literature review and analysis, lO kinds of Cladosporiurn pathogenic fungi were identified,C, cladosporioides,C.cucumerinum,C, lathyri,C, vivide,C, capsici,C, miyakei,C, venturicides,C, lychnidis,C. herbarum,C, tenuissimum.
