雏鸡感染IBDV后法氏囊组织结构的动态变化

Dynamic structural variation in bursa of Fabricius of chicken infected with IBDV

为了探究传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)感染后不同时间点鸡法氏囊的病理组织学变化,用实验室保存的IBDV(编号:19951128)感染19日龄雏鸡150只,分别在感染后0 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h,168 h,192 h,33 d随机选取6只,采集法氏囊制作石蜡切片,经HE染色,观察法氏囊组织的结构变化并用IPP软件统计法氏囊滤泡的面积.结果显示:IBDV感染的鸡法氏囊组织结构呈现动态变化,即感染早期,法氏囊以炎性细胞浸润为主,随后B淋巴细胞崩解,滤泡显著变小,耐过的鸡法氏囊滤泡修复后不能达到感染前的水平.

To explore the changes of histological structure in bursa of chicken infected IBDV （infectious bursal disease virus）,one hundred fifty 19-day-old chickens were infected with the standard strains of IBDV saved in our laboratoyry （number： 19951128）.Bursal tissue of 6 chickens was collected at 0 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h, 168 h,192 h,33 d after infecting IBDV.Paraffin section and HE staining were performed to investigate structural variation in bursa of fabricius,and IPP software was used to calculating area of bursal.The results suggested that： tissue structure of bursa of Fabricius in IBDV infected chicken presents the dynamic variation,at the early stage of infection,bursa of Fabricius is given priority to with inflammatory ceils infihration,subsequently,B lymphocyte disintegration,follicle significantly smaller,resistance to chicken bursa of Fabricius of follicular cannot achieve the level before infection after repair.
