WO_3微/纳米结构的合成及气敏性能表征

摘要 以钨酸钠为钨源,用草酸做辅助剂,在90℃水浴中通过简单的液相沉淀法一步合成了由纳米片组装的近球形结构的WO3.通过XRD、SEM对WO3微纳米结构、尺寸形貌等进行了表征,并利用WS-30A气敏测试系统对产物的气敏性能进行了表征.结果表明:所制备出的近球形WO3微纳米结构粉体具有良好的结晶度,并且对冰乙酸、乙醇、甲苯及甲醛表现出一定的灵敏度,其中对冰乙酸的灵敏度最高. Near spherical structures of WO3 assembled by nanosheets were synthesized by simple liquid-phase precipitation in a water bath of 90 ℃ with sodium tungstate as tungsten source and oxalic acid as assistant agent.The shape and structure of the WO3 with mircro/nanostructure were characterized by XRD and SEM.The performance of gas sensing for samples was characterized by gas sensing measurements (WS-30A).The results indicated that the microstructure of the prepared near spherical WO3 particles has good erystallinity and shows certain sensitivity for acetic acid,ethanol, toluene and formaldehyde,especially for acetic acid.
