热立清直肠滴注液治疗小儿外感发热35例疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid in the treatment of35 cases of pediatric exogenous high fever

目的观察热立清直肠滴注液治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法将2011年1月至2013年1月我院住院部及门诊发热患儿70例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予健儿清解液口服治疗,治疗组予热立清直肠滴注液直肠滴注,3 d后比较2组的临床疗效、平均退热起效时间、平均解热时间和平均完全退热时间。结果治疗组总有效率(94.29%)优于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均退热起效时间、平均解热时间和平均完全退热时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论热立清直肠滴注液治疗小儿外感发热临床疗效满意,且给药途径具有见效快及患儿依从性较好的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid in the treatment of pediatric exogenous high fever. Methods 70 eases of pediatric exogenous high fever patients in our hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 were randomly divided into a control group of 35 cases and a treatment group of 35 cases. The control group was given Jianer Qingjie Liquid, while the treatment group was treated with Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid. The clinical curative effect, the average onset time of fever receding, the average antipyretic time and the average time of complete fever receding of the two groups were observed. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group （94.29%） was prior to that of the control group（77.14% ） , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average onset time of fever receding, the average fever antipyretie time and the average time of complete fever receding of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid has satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating pediatric exogenous high fever, with effective route of medication and good compliance of children patients, worthy of clinical application.
