氯雷他定糖浆联合羌月乳膏治疗小儿特应性皮炎65例疗效观察

Efficacy of Loratadine syrup combined with Qiangyue Emulsifiable Paste in the treatment of 65 cases of pediatric atopic dermatitis

目的观察氯雷他定糖浆联合羌月乳膏治疗小儿特应性皮炎(AD)的临床疗效。方法将130例AD患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组65例,对照组单用氯雷他定糖浆口服,治疗组用氯雷他定糖浆口服联合羌月乳膏局部外用。2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后每周随访1次,共4次。结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,对照组为75.38%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组复发率为20.00%,对照组为64.51%,2组复发率比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论氯雷他定糖浆联合羌月乳膏治疗小儿AD临床疗效显著,且复发率较低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Loratadine Syrup combined with Qiangyue Emulsifiable Paste in the treatment of pediatric atopic dermatitis. Methods 130 cases of AD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 65 cases each. The control group were treated only with oral Loratadine Syrup, and the treatment group were treated with Loratadine Syrup combined with Qiangyue Emulsifiable Paste topically. Two weeks as a course of treatment. Observation was made after a course of treatment, 1 time each week, 4 times totally. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 92.31% and that of the control group was 75.38% ,the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 20.00% and that in the control group was 64.51%, the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Loratadine Syrup combined with Qiangyue Emulsifiable Paste is significantly effective in the treatment of pediatric atopic dermatitis, with low recurrence rate.
