白术散配合腹泻贴治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎60例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Baizhu Powder combined with diarrhea paste in the treatment of60 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis

目的观察白术散配合腹泻贴敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法将100例确诊患儿按就诊顺序随机分为2组,治疗组60例给予白术散配合腹泻贴敷脐治疗,对照组40例口服蒙脱石散、金双歧,2组均治疗3 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组显效41例,占68.3%,总有效率为95.0%;对照组显效15例,占37.5%,总有效率为77.5%。治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白术散配合腹泻贴敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Baizhu Powder combined with diarrhea umbili- cal sticking in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 100 cases of rotavirus enteritis in children, according to their sequence of visiting clinic, were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 60 cases were treated with Baizhu Powder combined with diarrhea umbilical sticking therapy, the control group of 40 cases were treated with Montmorillonite powder and Golden Bifid oral. The curative efficacy of the two groups were observed after 3 days of treatment. Results 41 cases in the treatment group were significantly effective （68.3 % ）, with the overall response rate of 95.0% ; 15 cases in the control group were significantly effective （37.5%）, with the overall response rate of 77.5%. The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baizhu Powder combined with diarrhea umbilical sticking therapy has definite effect on infantile rotavirus enteritis.
