神灯照射联合穴位贴敷预防儿童静脉滴注阿奇霉素致胃肠道反应300例临床观察

Clinical efficacy observation of TDP radiation combined with acupoint sticking in the prevention and treatment of 300 cases of children gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous azithromycin

目的观察运用神灯照射的中医护理方法联合穴位贴敷预防儿童静脉滴注阿奇霉素所致的胃肠道反应的临床疗效。方法将300例需采用阿奇霉素静脉点滴治疗的患儿随机分为4组:空白对照组、神灯照射组、玄杭膏贴敷组、联合治疗组。其中空白对照组不予干预;神灯照射组在输液前以神灯照射脐周15 min;玄杭膏贴敷组在输液前将玄杭膏贴于神阙穴;联合治疗组采用神灯照射联合穴位贴敷综合治疗。观察周期为5 d,记录各组患儿输液后的胃肠道不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组及神灯照射组均可有效预防儿童静脉点滴阿奇霉素所致的胃肠道不良反应,胃肠道不良反应发生率与空白对照组、玄杭膏贴敷组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),且联合治疗组显著低于神灯照射组(P<0.05)。结论神灯照射联合穴位贴敷可以有效预防儿童静脉滴注阿奇霉素所致的胃肠道反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TDP radiation combined with acupoint sticking in the prevention and treatment of children gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous azithromycin. Methods 300 cases requiring the use of azithromycin intravenous therapy were randomly divided into four groups： a control group, a TDP irradiation group, a Xuanhang Paste sticking group and a combined treatment group. There was no intervention in the control group; the TDP irradiation group were irradiated for 15 min in the naval part before transfusion; the Xuanhang Paste sticking group were pasted Xuanhang Paste on Shenque （RN8） before the transfusion; the combined treatment group were irradiated with TDP combined with acupoint sticking treatment. The observation period was 5 days, and the gastrointestinal adverse events after transfusion in each group were recorded. Results The combined treatment group and the TDP irradiation group can both be effective in prevention and treatment of children gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous azithromycin; the gastrointestinal adverse reaction rate was compared with those in the control group and Xuanhang Paste sticking group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The gastrointestinal adverse reaction rate in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the TDP irradiation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TDP radiation combined with acupoint sticking are effective in the prevention and treatment of children gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous azithromycin, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
