中西医治疗儿童腺样体肥大研究进展

Research progress in treating infantile adenoidal hypertrophy with integrated western medicine and TCM

从手术、西药、中药等方面综述了近几年治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床研究进展,认为今后对腺样体的研究重点应该放在中药免疫调控方向,以更好地阐释腺样体肥大的免疫作用机制,从而为中医药治疗儿童腺样体肥大提供重要依据。

The clinical research progress of recent years＇ treatment in infantile adenoidal hypertrophy were reviewed from the aspects of surgery, western medicine and TCM. It is proposed that in future the study in adenoids should be focused on TCM immune regulation to better reveal the immune mechanisms of adenoidal hypertrophy, thus providing an important basis for Chinese medicine treatment of children with adenoidal hypertrophy.
