审视高校党风廉政建设中存在的问题及应对策略

The Problems in the College Party Conduct Building and Its Countermeasures

本文运用访谈法和归纳法,通过对当前高校党风廉政建设中现状的审视,发现存在的问题主要体现在制度建设仍然薄弱、监督机制缺位、廉政文化建设的泛化与游离、民主决策的缺位、监督机制缺乏系统性与长期性等方面。从加强党风廉政文化学习、加强法制思想教育、健全民主决策制度、完善社会监督机制和自觉树立廉政意识五个维度,探讨了应对策略。

By using interview and induction, based on the review on the present college Party conduct building, this paper states that the problems exist in poor construction of system, absent supervision mechanism, generalization of honest administration culture, absent of democratic decision, non-systematic and short-term supervision mechanism, and it puts forward some countermeasures from the perspectives of strengthening the learning of Party conduct culture , improving legal and moral education , perfecting social supervision mechanism, establishing incorrupt consciousness.
