高校旅游专业人才教育现存问题及其改进对策探析

Existing Problems in Cultivating Talents of Tourism and Improvement Countermeasures

随着《旅游法》的正式颁布实施,中国旅游业的发展在规范的基础上愈发迅猛,其对专业人才的需求亦愈发旺盛,但与之呈现截然相反态势的却是报读旅游专业的学生日益减少和毕业生在本行业就业率的持续下行。导致这一矛盾现象产生的根本原因还是在于高校专业人才培养与市场、企业需求不符,人才教育培养与行业用工实际脱节。本文拟从现阶段高校旅游管理人才教育存在的问题入手,探究解决旅游专业教育存在问题的对策。

With the Tourism Law promulgated and implemented in China, Chinese tourism had developed rapidly and formally, and the need for talents became more urgent. But the number of the students who major in tourism was becoming smaller and smaller, and the employment rate continued to slid. All of this was happening because the cultivation of talents for tourism don＇t meet the need of market, and lose touch with reality.
