摘要
为促进幼儿园教师专业发展,建设高素质幼儿园教师队伍,教育部于2012年颁布《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》。在《专业标准》背景下,笔者对《幼儿园教育活动设计与指导》在课程目标、课程设计思路、课程设置等方面进行了改革与思考,以期对《活动指导》课程教学改革提供参考性建议,促进学生职前培养,适应职后需求。
In order to promote the development of kindergarten teachers' ability, and build up high-quality team of teachers, in 2012, the ministry of education promulgated The Standards of Kindergarten Teachers' profession (Trial Scheme). under the background of professional standards, the author puts forward some reforms and thoughts on the Design and Guide of Kindergarten Educational Activity from the perspectives of the curriculum aim, design and settings, so as to provides some suggestions for teaching reform in order to meet the needs of post-profession.
