酒精性肝纤维化中主要信号转导通路的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在酒精性肝病的进展过程中,乙醇在体内代谢通过多个环节诱导肝星状细胞(HSC)活化增殖,导致肝纤维化的发生,这个过程是向酒精性肝硬化进展的病理阶段,早期具有可逆转的特点。了解参与HSC活化增殖的相关细胞因子介导的信号转导通路可为逆转酒精性肝纤维化提供有效的靶向。目前研究较多的信号途径包括TGF-β/Smads通路、Wnt/β-catenin通路和NF-κB通路等。
