胰腺囊性病变中囊液分析的研究进展
摘要
随着腹部影像学技术的发展及应用,胰腺囊性病变(PCL)的检出率逐年提高。PCL为一组异质性疾病,具有不同的恶性程度。手术前明确病变性质对治疗方案的选择起决定作用。超声内镜引导下细针穿刺抽吸囊液,对囊液中分子、细胞等成分进行分析,可显著提高PCL的术前诊断准确率。
