摘要
以8份油用亚麻品种为亲本进行4×4不完全双列杂交,配制杂交组合16个,对杂种一代的几个主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传力进行分析,结果表明:株高、工艺长度、分茎数、主茎分枝数、有效果数、果粒数和粒重7个性状组合间差异均达到极显著水平。808和坝亚7号是综合性状良好的亲本;坝亚7号×808是个表现优异的组合,定亚22号×美高油、坝亚12号×美高脂和dsc×坝选三号等3个是表现良好的组合。各性状的遗传力结果显示,油用亚麻育种只能高代进行单株选择,要连续多代选择。
8 oil seed flax varieties were selected as parents and 16 hybridized combinations were ob- tainod by the method of 4× 4 incomplete diallel cross. The combining ability and heritability of several main agronomic characters in first generations of hydrid were analysed. The results showed that plant height, process length, stem number, branch number, effect fruit number, grain number per fruit and plant yield reached extremely significant difference; 808 and Ba - ya 7th were parents with good syntheth- ic characters; Ba - ya 7th ×808 was a excellent cross, while Ding - ya 22th x Mei - gao - you, Ba - ya 12th× Mei - gao - zhi and dsc × Ba - xuan 3th were good crosses. The heritability results of the agronomic characters showed that oil seed flax breeding sbeuld be individual choice in high generation and it should be a continuous multi- generation selection.
