摘要
建立了气相色谱测定胡麻籽中高效氯氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。胡麻籽样品采用乙腈提取,Florisil SPE小柱净化,气相色谱—电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。高效氯氰菊酯在胡麻籽中的最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率在89.4%~94.7%之间,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.3%,符合农药残留检测的要求。
A gas chromatographic (GC) method was established for the determination of beta - cypermethrin residue in flaxseed. Flaxseed samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with Flo- risil SPE column. The cleaned extract was analyzed by GC with electron capture detector. The minimum detectable concentration of beta - cypermethfin in flaxseed was 0. 01 mg/kg. The recovery rate ranged from 89. 4% to 94. 7% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8% - 3.9%, so the method could meet the need of residue analysis of beta - cypermethrin.
