旋流泵属于过流性能良好的旋流式离心泵中的一种,本文采用正交方法,分析了旋流泵流道进口直径d1、叶片数Z、叶轮外径与壳体的间隙e对其性能的影响,并根据摸拟结果和性能曲线图确定了三个参数对泵性能影响的主次顺序,采用直观分析法和综合平衡分析法确定了旋流泵的最优参数组合。

Vortex pump is a blockage of excellent performance of swirling centrifugal pump. Using orthogonal optimization method this article, analyzes the vortex pump port imported diameter dl, leaf number, the clearance between housing and impeller diameter e Z which will effect the performance of the pump. The data r^sults and performance curve determine the influence of three parameters on pump performance of primary and secondary order, then the article used visual analysis and comprehensive balance analysis to find the optimal parameter combination .
