上海市青浦区节水型社会建设试点成效分析

Effect Analysis of Water-Saving Society Construction Pilot of Shanghai Qingpu District

节水型社会创建是解决上海市青浦区水质型缺水的重要手段。本文分析计算了《上海市青浦区节水型社会建设规划》提出的定性和定量指标在创建前后的变化,阐述了青浦区节水型社会试点建设的经济、社会和生态环境效益及主要经验,指出了青浦区节水型社会建设存在的主要问题,并对存在问题提出相应建议,旨在为水质型缺水地区节水型社会建设提供示范。

Creating water-saving society is an important method to solve the pollution-induced water shortage in Shanghai Qingpu district. This paper analyzed and calculated the change of qualitative and quantitative index in creating before and after in Shanghai Qingpu district water-saving society construction plan, expounded economic,social and ecological environment benefits and main experience of the pilot water-saving society construction in Qingpu district, pointed out the main problem of Qingpu district water-saving society construction, and put forward corresponding suggestion on existing problems, which provided demonstration for water-saving society construction of pollution-induced water shortage area.
