Cold recycling mixing plant foamed asphalt concrete is a process method which firstly mills the original asphalt pavement materials,then after screening and other laboratory tests,some new aggregates such as foamed bitumen and cement and so on will be mixed in the mixing plant in mixing factory according to the requirements of grading to pave a new road hierarchy with the uniform mixing recycling mixture. It is widely used in the country because of its energy- saving and environmental protection,good structural strength,ability to resist to crack and other characteristics. This paper introduced details of aggregate gradation composition and construction points of the cold recycling mixing plant foamed asphalt concrete.
