Application Analysis on the New Index of Highway Construction Investment Estimate

通过对公路工程投资估算新指标的学习研究,结合实际案例,找出公路工程投资估算新旧指标、投资估算新指标与概算定额之间的差异,解读分析基于新指标编制公路工程投资估算时对资料收集、工程量统计等各项工作的要求,并就当前在应用新指标中存在的主要问题提出相应的解决措施,为同业人员提高公路项目投资估算编制质量、编制合理的公路工程投资估算提供一定的借鉴。

Through study on the new index of highway project investment estimate,combing with practical case,found out the difference between the old index,new index and norms for approximate estimate of highway construction investment estimate,analyzed the requirements of information collection and project work quantity statistics during preparation of highway project investment estimate based on the new index, and proposing corresponding solution for the main problems in the current new index application,and providing reference for personnel of the same industry on the improvement of highway project investment estimate preparation quality and preparation on reasonable investment estimation of highway construction.
