摘要
随着人才强国战略和教育兴国战略的提出,高校及其他相关机构兴起了一股"人力资源管理热"。随之而来的是高校人力资源管理课程教学设计的盲目化与人力资源管理课程的整改,但是,近年来在教育梦、中国梦的推动下,高校人力资源课程在设置与教学设计等方面不断趋于理性的同时也存在不少问题。
