摘要 自20世纪50年代"商业模式"一词出现以来,理论界对该领域进行了大量的研究,并取得了丰硕的研究成果。但迄今为止,对商业模式的定义、构成要素、模型框架等方面,还没能达成一致的共识。因此对2001—2013年发表的国内外相关文献进行了回溯,阐述了商业模式的概念以及主要的构成要素,构建了商业模式的四维模型,说明了这些维度之间的关系,为商业模式的深入研究做了基础性工作。 Since the 1950s, the emergence of business model, the orists have done a lot of researches in this area and have achieved fruitful results. But so far, the definition of the business model, ele- ments, modeling framework and so on has not been able to reach a consensus. At the basis of the rel- evant literatures published among the 2001--2013 years, we described the concept of the business model and the main constituent elements of the business model and we used them to build a four-dimen- sional model, at last we gave a detailed description of the relationship between these dimensions. We hope to give a solid foundation for a more in-depth research of the enterprise business model.
