摘要
脑胶质瘤是人类中枢神经系统中最常见的原发恶性肿瘤,因其致残率、致死率高而被国内外学者广泛研究。传统的手术、放疗及化疗等治疗手段并不能达到满意的治疗效果。近些年各种生物基因治疗不断涌现,其中溶瘤病毒的抗肿瘤作用正在引起学者的广泛关注和研究,新城疫病毒(NDV)的胶质瘤治疗更是研究的热点。现就NDV的发现、溶瘤的结构基础、分类及关于治疗胶质瘤的研究及反向遗传技术的应用等进行总结。
Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor in central nervous system. Due to its high disability and mortality,it is being researched extensively in the world,but the traditional treatments such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,can't achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. However various biological gene therapies are springing up constantly,among which the oncolytic virus is drawing wide attention of the scholars,and the study of glioma therapy newcastle disease virus( NDV) is even a hotter spot. Here is to make a brief description of the discovery,the oncolytic structure and classification of NDV,the research on treatment of glioma,and the application of reverse genetics technology.
