人参皂苷Rg3作为传统中药人参的有效成分之一,具有非常显著的抗肿瘤作用。其可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移,还可抑制肿瘤血管生成、逆转肿瘤多药耐药、影响肿瘤信号转导相关基因的表达及增强患者免疫能力等。人参皂苷Rg3单体制剂——参一胶囊是我国独立开发的一类抗癌新药,临床已广泛应用于多种恶性肿瘤的治疗。该文就人参皂苷Rg3抗肿瘤作用的临床研究进展予以综述。

Ginesenoside Rg3 is one of the active ingredients in ginseng,which has significant anti-tumor effects. It could induce apoptosis,inhibit proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,and inhibit tumor angiogenesis,reverse multi-drug resistance,impact tumor gene signaling over expression,and enhance immunity of the patients. Shenyi capsule（ ginsenoside Rg3 monomer preparation）,an independently developed class A anti-cancer drug,has been widely used in clinical treatment of various malignant tumors. Here is to make a review of the advances of the clinical research of anti-tumor application of ginsenoside Rg3 monomer preparation.
