摘要
金花茶属于山茶科,富含400多种化学成分以及多种对人体有重要保健作用的微量元素和维生素等,具有抗癌、防癌、抗氧化等功能。其主要活性物质通过抑制部分肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移、阻滞某些肿瘤细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和分化而发挥抗肿瘤作用。该文通过检索国内外有关金花茶化学成分、药理活性和抗肿瘤作用等方面的文献,对金花茶抗肿瘤作用的研究进展予以综述。
Camellia nitidissima belongs to theaceae,containing more than 400 kinds of chemical components,including multiple body trace elements and vitamins which have functions of cancer prevention,anticancer,and anti-oxidation. The main active substances take effect by inhibiting proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells,blocking certain cell cycle,inducing tumor cell apoptosis and differentiation. Through retrieving relevant literature of the chemical composition,pharmacological activity and anti-tumor effect of camellia nitidissima,we summarize its therapeutic effects and mechanisms in all kinds of tumors.
