铜绿假单胞菌临床分离菌株的分布情况与耐药分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨建始县人民医院铜绿假单胞菌临床分离菌株的分布情况与耐药情况。方法选择2012年2月至2013年2月在建始县人民医院住院和门诊患者中确诊的院内感染患者180例,调查标本来源,细菌培养后选择8种抗生素进行耐药分析。结果共分离出120株细菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌感染60例,占50.0%,主要来源于痰标本、分泌物与血液标本;科室来源于神经外科、呼吸内科、神经内科和普通外科。耐药率最高的3种药物为庆大霉素(65.0%)、亚胺培南(58.3%)、哌拉西林(55.0%),敏感率最高的3种药物为哌拉西林-他唑巴坦(5.0%)、头孢他啶(6.7%)与硫酸阿米卡星(10.0%)。结论院内感染中铜绿假单胞菌所占比例比较大,多在危重科室患者中分离检测到,哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、头孢他啶与硫酸阿米卡星有较好的药物敏感性。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance situations for Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates. Methods A total of 180 patients of nosocomial infection from Inpatient and Outpatient Department of Jianshi People's Hospital during Feb. 2012 and Feb. 2013 were included,the specimen sources were investigated,and were given bacterial culture and eight kinds were selected for drug resistance analysis. Results A total of 120 bacterial strains were isolated including 60 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa( accounting for 50. 0%),mainly from sputum,secretions and blood samples; and mainly from the neurosurgery department,respiratory medicine department and general surgery department. The three drugs with the highest resistance rate were gentamicin( 65. 0%),imipenem( 58. 3%),piperacillin( 55. 0%),the three drugs with the highest sensitive rate were piperacillin-tazobactam( 5. 0%),ceftazidime( 6. 7%) and amikacin( 10. 0%). Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounts for larger proportion of nosocomial infection,mostly can be isolated from critical patients,and piperacillin-tazobactam,ceftazidime and amikacin have better drug sensitivity.
