营养治疗对老年冠心病心绞痛患者血脂水平和血流动力学的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Nutritional Therapy on Lipid Levels and Hemodynamics of Elderly Angina Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的分析营养治疗对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛患者血脂水平和血流动力学的影响。方法选择2013年3月至2014年3月在兰州军区临潼疗养院营养科接受住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者128例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(64例)接受常规干预治疗,观察组(64例)接受针对性营养治疗。比较两组患者的血脂水平、血流动力学指标及体质指数等情况差异。结果两组患者干预后的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者干预后的血浆黏度、血细胞比容、高切全血黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);接受干预后两组患者的体质指数值均低于干预前,且观察组患者的体质指数值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论营养治疗可有效降低冠心病心绞痛患者的血脂水平及体质指数,优化血流动力学指标,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional therapy on lipid levels and hemodynamics of elderly angina patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods Total of 128 cases with CHD and angina pectoris admitted to Lintong Sanitorium of Lanzhou Military Area Command from Mar. 2013 to Mar.2014 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method: control group( 64cases),receiving conventional intervention,observation group( 64 cases) receiving nutritional therapy. Lipid levels,hemodynamic parameters and body mass index( BMI) of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol values of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 01). After intervention,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,high cut full index value of blood viscosity,fibrinogen of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 01); After intervention,BMI values of both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and BMI value of the observation group was lower than the control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion Nutritional therapy can effectively reduce blood lipid levels and BMI in patients with CHO and angina pectoris,and optimize the hemodynamics,thus has positive clinical significance.
