血液病细胞形态学诊断数据库的设计与应用

Design and application of diagnostic database based on blood cell morphology

目的设计、开发基于血细胞形态的血液病诊断数据库。方法 Delphi2007为软件开发平台,SQL2008为数据库开发平台。用相机拍摄已确诊的血液病外周血和骨髓细胞图像,将血细胞图像及相应的血细胞计数(CBC)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)数据上传到数据库。结果数据库实现了上传更新及"按血液病分类查询"、"按细胞查询"、"按细胞结构查询"、"综合查询"四种专业化的查询功能。结论数据库具有很强的实用性,适用于储存临床工作中有价值的血细胞图像以及血细胞形态学的教学科研。

Objective To develop a diagnostic database based on blood cell morphology. Methods Delphi 2007 was used for software development and SQL2008 was used for database development. Peripheral blood and bone marrow cell image of blood disease diagnosed had been shoot by camera, and those cell images were uploaded to the database with the corresponding blood cell count（CBC） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） data.
