血清Cys C、β_2-MG、α_1-MG在先天性肾积水患儿中的表达及术前诊断价值

Expression and clinical significance of serum Cys C,β_2-MG and α_1-MG in in pediatric patients with congenital hydronephrosis

目的探究先天性肾积水患儿血清中的血清胱抑素C(CysC)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)的表达及在疾病中的诊断意义。方法选择该院小儿外科及泌尿外科收治的经过彩超诊断为先天性肾积水的患儿98例。收集患儿标本后,将患有肾积水的患儿设为B组,另外有98例体检健康的小儿设为A组,作为对照。然后采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测该2组患儿血清中的Cys C、β2-MG及α1-MG水平,将数据进行整理分析。结果肾积水程度与患儿血清中CysC、β2-MG及α1-MG表达水平呈正相关,程度越重,表达水平越高。与对照组比较,不同程度的肾积水患儿血清中CysC、β2-MG及α1-MG表达水平差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CysC、β2-MG及α1-MG可作为评价肾积水、肾功能损害的常规检测指标之一,对于肾功能检测与诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the expression level and the clinical significance of Cys C,β2-MG,α1-MG in pediatric patients with congenital hydronephrosis.Methods 98 pediatric patients definitely diagnosed with congenital hydronephrosis in the department of pediatric surgery and urology of our hospital were enrolled and assigned to group B.The blood samples were collected.Ad-ditionally,selected another 98 normal children as a control：group A.Then the expression level of Cys C,β2-MG andα1-MG were detected via ELLSA for the groups.Results With aggravation of hydronephrosis,the expression of Cys C,β2-MG andα1-MG elevated correspondingly.Moreover,compared to the control group,the expression of Cys C,β2-MG andα1-MG in the pediatric patients with different degrees had significant differences（P〈0.05）,After the nephropyeloplasty,the expression of Cys C,β2-MG andα1-MG de-creased respectively.Compared to the pre-operation,it had significant difference（P〈0.05）,but no statistical significance compared with the control（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Cys C,β2-MG and α1-MG can be used for evaluating the hydronephrosis and renal impairment.And it has more important significance by combining them.
