摘要 随着电网规模的迅速发展,电网分层分区随之深入,其中分区电网的最大供电能力(TSC)是电网规划与运行部门十分关注的一个重要问题。基于最优潮流提出了分区电网最大供电能力计算方法,将TSC转换为满足电网安全运行约束条件下的最优化问题,通过将关键输电断面稳定限额引入约束条件,间接在TSC中考虑了电网的N-1/N-2约束,最优化问题采用非线性内点法求解。通过对江苏电网的数值计算,结果表明提出的分区电网最大供电能力计算方法是实用有效的。 With the rapid development of power grid, the grid partition improves, and the maximum power supply capacity (TSC) of divisional grid is one focus of the power grid planning and operation departments. Based on optimal power flow, this paper presents a method for calculating divisional grid maximum power supply capacity. It converts TSC to optimization problem under the constraints of power grid safe operation, and through introducing the key transmission section stability limits to the constraints, N-1/N-2 constraints of TSC are taken into indirect account. The optimization problem is solved hy using nonlinear interior-point meth- od. The calculation results of Jiangsu power grid show that the proposed partition grid maximum power supply capacity calculation method is practical and effective.
