跳闸智能压板在综自系统中报警功能的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前变电站保护屏使用的传统跳闸压板的位置无法实施接入保护装置和后台系统,只能由现场运行人员以人工方式检查确认,自动化水平较低。智能压板的应用实现了对压板运行状态的实时在线监视,对各种情况下的压板运行状态错误均能自动告警,实现了压板操作全过程的监视与防误预警提示,特别是把跳闸压板的遥信量接入后台计算机中,通过设定微机保护装置投运状态和跳闸压板投退状态的逻辑报警关系,解决了保护装置投运而跳闸压板未投入带来的事故风险,该应用在浙江临海花园35kV变电站取得了良好的效果。 Currently the position of traditional trip plate used in substation protection panel cannot be connected with protecting device and monitoring system, but it can only be checked by field operating personnel manually with low automation level. The application of intelligent plate realizes real-time online monitoring of plate running state and can give warning information automatically for plate running state errors in all cases, thus realizes monitoring of the whole plate operating process and anti-maloperation warning. Particularly when the remote signal of trip plate is connected to a monitoring computer and by setting the warning logic between protecting device running state and trip plate on/off position, the risk produced when the protecting device is running and the trip plate is in off position can be prevented. This application achieved good results in Garden 35 KV substation in Zhejiang Linhai.
